         Physical activity is more important for every human being and a healthy pregnant woman also included.

         related illness, it is fruitful to be physically active during pregnancy.

         Studies and subsequent evidences so far show that remaining in physically active condition is not only safe
         but also beneficial for your health and healthy pregnancy. It is possible for you to have a guideline from
         expert and it should be jointed with a wise medical care. With this guideline and medical care, you may
         enjoy the exercise schedule of pregnancy and you may anticipate a good and safe childbirth. Your health
         would also be maintained again even after your childbirth.
         A real physical activity during pregnancy would certainly benefit the pregnant woman in many ways and
         her general health, blood circulation and heart is maintained at normal or it is improved during pregnancy.

         harmful effect on the size and weight of the fetus. Studies and evidences show that an exercise schedule
         performed during the second and third trimester of pregnancy does not harm the growing fetus and its
         health. The findings of the study related with stay in active condition during pregnancy show that physically
         active lifestyle benefits the health of the mother and baby when it is maintained during pregnancy.
         The researchers in the field of gynecology say that exercise regime helps the foetus to maintain its body
         size and gestational age within the healthy parameters.


         During Pregnancy and Exercises
         Pregnancy is not meant for to be inactive. It is the time for the pregnant woman to do all moderate hard
         exercises. Always stay active during pregnancy and this lifestyle would help you to get back easily into
         shape after the child birth. There is no specific or one type of physical activity suitable for the pregnant
         women and it includes walking, swimming and yoga. Remember and be aware that every exercise like
         walking should be carried out carefully since your center of gravity is off balance during pregnancy. Be
         careful in using shoes for walking and it is advisable to wear even a safe type of shoe instead of high heels.

         It is to be noted whether you had fitness programmes before your pregnancy, or you do have the mind to
         follow it during pregnancy, it is wise now to modify it to accommodate your pregnancy. Regular exercise
         schedules are very important as of your pregnancy and it helps you to maintain your bone and muscle
         healthy. It improves your muscle tone and it provides strength to your bone. It may help you to reduce the
         common ailments such as sleeping problems, bloating and swelling.
         Any activity you do should indeed make you to stay fit, keep energy levels high and maintain you at a
         healthy atmosphere and exercises do the same for you in several ways.

         be well balanced always. Enough rest and keeping the body with enough water is also very important to
         keep the unborn baby healthier.

         Stress and lack of sleep is bad for every pregnant woman and stress may lead to miscarriage and
         premature birth of the child.
         Some women gets morning sickness during their first trimester and becomes not fit to do any exercises and
         others those who do not have the sickness may start or continue the exercise routines even during the first
         trimester itself.
