Some important resort rules
THESE RULES WILL BE STRICTLY INFORCED AND PERSISTANT OFFENDERS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE! CHALETS AND ROOMS :
Check in time : 14h00 : Check-out time : Strictly 10h00. Make arrangements for late arrivals during office hours. Overstay till 12h00 @ R 200, till 16h00 @ R 300 payable at the office in advance. Service optional: Making of beds, kitchen, bathroom and floors : R 80.00 once per day. Floors and bathroom : R 30.00 once daily. To be paid at office on arrival. Refundable breakage deposit of R100 per chalet. Will be refunded direct into your bank account on or before the 15th of the next month. Any faults need to be reported before 10am. You will be liable for any damages or losses in the chalets or rooms if it is not reported at the office or security. No bath - , swimming towels and toiletries are supplied. A penalty of R100 is payable for excessive dirt and misuse of chalet or room. All the chalets and rooms has a maximum capacity. If the capacity is exceeded, a penalty of R100 p.p is payable. The onus are on you to pay this amount on arrival. Exceptions are made for children under 5 years of age. GENERAL : REFUNDS: There will be NO REFUNDS for any cancellation or early departures. Due to the poor state of Eskom, STRICTLY no loud music around the swimming pool, rooms, chalets or camping sites. No diving, drinking or eating in the swimming pool. No glass or liquor – i.e drinking glasses or bottles in the swimming pool. Swimming allowed only with swimming costumes. NO quad bikes allowed. Speed limit of 25km/ph. Keep safety precautions in mind all times. Please take other visitors in consideration when you are in a party mood. Raaswater will not be responsible for loss or damage to any personal items. We have the right to ask anybody to leave the premises, at any time, if any complaints of misbehavior is received. Please leave the facilities and the resort you’ve received it – CLEAN. No person is allowed on the jetties unless you’ve made a booking for it for the day. Available from 07h00 till 07h00 the next morning. The use of the jetty is exclusively for the person and his company who made the booking.
