Thank you for your interest in the 4th Annual Hartville Marketplace and Flea Market Fall Arts and Crafts Festival. Please read thoroughly and carefully and fill out the following agreement. All vehicles must be removed from the Festival area at this time. • No one may tear down until after 4 p.m. • All areas must be clean of all trash, paper, etc. • Absolutely no sale of liquor, tobacco or pornographic items. << By checking this box, you confirm that you have read and agree with all the above terms and conditions. Prices Please indicate number of spaces you would like and mail in the appropriate amount. All registrants must pay for at least one (1) $25 space to participate. A limited number of tables also are available. Tables are optional and will not be available unless they are requested and paid for in advance. Registrants with 10’x10’ or larger canopies must purchase at least a double space to set up canopies. Qty. NOTE: ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST SEND A PHOTO of the type of art that you create to sell. This photo helps us determine where we place you for the festival. Make certain photos CLEARLY show the type of art you create. Photos should be sent by e-mail to info@hartmp.com, subject: Fall Fest photos. Photos may be used for promotion of the Fall Festival.
