Malcolm M. Crosland, Jr., Esquire, has been practicing law in the state of South Carolina
since 1987. He is a member in good standing of the South Carolina Bar Association and
the South Carolina Trial Lawyers Association. He has been practicing before the South
Carolina Worker’s Compensation Commission in the United States Department of Labor
since he began the practice of law. He has been a partner in The Steinberg Law Firm
since 1992. He enjoys an A-V rating with Martindale-Hubbell Legal Directory. He was
voted "Best Lawyer" in the field of workers’ compensation by Best Lawyers in America,
2009. He serves on numerous state and county bar member committees and actively
practices in the field of Worker’s Compensation. He is the Past-President of the
Association of South Carolina Claimants Attorneys for Workers Compensation. He has
lectured nationally and statewide on the subject of South Carolina Worker’s
Compensation law. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Workplace Injury
Litigation Group (WILG) a national workers compensation advocates organization.
