Basic HS Bands Absence Excuse Form
Your child’s band grade is dependant on turning in this form if they plan on missing any band event outside of the normal school day. This is a formal communication to Mr. McArthur in petition for your grade. All excuses will be reviewed on a case by case basis, and decisions will be at the discretion of the band director. Absences without presentation of this formal explanation will be considered an unexcused absence and will receive a grade of “F” for the event.
