Strip down for a Quickie!
You Need... My World Famous BBQ - Shirazamataz Balsamic
Steak Marinade and Top Secret Steak Spice!
Get Ready...
4 x 10 oz 4 tbsp. 1 ½ cup ¼ cup High quality New York Strip Loin Steaks 1 to 1½ inches thick Top Secret Steak Spice! Shirazamataz! Crumbled blue cheese
Get Grilling!
• Marinate room temperature steaks in 1 cup of Shirazamataz for 15-20 minutes. • Preheat grill to high. Gett’er hot baby! Smokin’ hot at least 600ºF. • Remove steaks from marinade and rub them with Top Secret Steak Spice making sure to gently rub the spices into the meat – seriously! • Grill the steaks for 3-5 minutes per side for medium doneness. • Remove steaks from grill, top with crumbled blue cheese and let rest for 3 minutes. • Serves 4

Kama Sutra Saki Teriyaki Salmon
This is one Quickie you won’t soon forget!
Saki Teriyaki Marinade!
You Need... My World Famous BBQ - Grilling Planks and
Cedar Grilling Plank, soaked in water for a min. of 1 hour Spray bottle of water Skinless fresh salmon portions, approx. 6 oz each Saki Teriyaki Marinade! Fresh or thawed lump crabmeat Green onion, chopped Melted butter
Get Grilling!
• Marinate salmon in 1 cup of Saki Teriyaki Marinade for 10 -15 minutes; turning to coat, cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes. • Mix together crabmeat, green onion, melted butter and 2 tablespoons of Saki Teriyaki. Set aside. • Preheat grill to medium-high – not less than 500ºF. • Remove salmon from marinade and discard leftover marinade. • Place salmon “skin” side down, evenly spaced on presoaked Cedar Grilling Plank. • Top each salmon filet with an equal amount of crab mixture pressing gently so it sticks to the salmon. • Plank salmon for 20-25 minutes until the salmon is just done, checking occasionally to ensure that the plank has not caught fire. There is no flipping or turning the fish. • Remove salmon from grill and serve immediately. • If your plank should ignite then turn the heat down and use the spray bottle of water to douse the flames. • Serves 4

You Need... My World Famous BBQ - Better Butter Burger
Seasoning and Red Neck White Sauce!
Maple Leaf Prime® Naturally* chicken breasts, boneless skinless, approx. 6-8 oz each Better Butter Burger Seasoning! Red Neck White Sauce! Panko breadcrumbs Shredded mozzarella cheese
Get Grilling!
• Preheat grill to medium – 350 to 400ºF. • Get rubbin’ and lovin’ your chicken breasts with the Better Butter Seasoning massaging the seasoning into the breasts so that it sticks ya all! • Sear the chicken breasts on one side for approximately 2-3 minutes. Turn breasts over and reduce heat to low. • Spread the Red Neck White Sauce evenly over the top of the seared side of each chicken breast. • Sprinkle with panko breadcrumbs. • Close grill lid and grill chicken for 10-15 minutes, until fully cooked - internal temperature should read 170 to 180ºF. • Open grill lid and top each chicken breast with ¼ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese. Close lid and allow cheese to melt, approximately 1-2 minutes. • Remove chicken from grill and serve immediately. • Serves 4

You Need... My World Famous BBQ - Orgasmic Onion Burger Mix
and Fig’n Delicious Honey Garlic Grilling Sauce!
Preferably a BBQ Grill Basket or you can just wing it! Maple Leaf Prime® Naturally* chicken wings, approx. 36 pieces Orgasmic Onion! Fig’n Delicious! Green onions, finely chopped Crumbled gorgonzola cheese
Get Grilling!
• Toss wings in a bowl with the Orgasmic Onion and half a cup of Fig’n Delicious! • Preheat grill to medium – 350 to 450ºF. • Place chicken wings in a grill basket. Grill wings, turning every 5 or 6 minutes, until fully cooked and golden brown and a little crisp, approximately 20-30 minutes. • Carefully remove wings from grill basket and place in a large bowl. Add remaining half cup of Fig’n Delicious, green onions and gorgonzola cheese. Toss to mix it all up and the cheese mixes with the sauces for a sticky delight! • Serve immediately. • Serves 4 - 6

Get Ready...
Get Grilling!
• Mix together the Jack, Honey Lager Mustard and Peach and Bourbon Sauce. Set aside. • Preheat grill to medium – 350 to 450ºF. • Grill the Smoked Brats according to package instructions. Using a sharp knife, make ½ inch deep crosswise slashes in the top of each Brat about ½ an inch apart along the length of the sausage. Place the Smoked Sausage on the upper level of your gas grill or off to the side off the direct heat. • Baste the Brats liberally with Peach and Bourbon Mustard mixture, close lid and allow to heat for 5 minutes. • Remove from grill and serve in toasted buns with your favourite Brat toppings. • Serves 4 - 6

Planked Beerlicious Baseball Burgers

Burger Seasoning and Beerlicious BBQ Sauce!
Get Ready...
Cedar Grilling Plank, soaked in water for a min. of 1 hour Spray Bottle of Water Lean ground beef Better Butter! Beerlicious BBQ Sauce! Processed cheese slices, thick ones Fresh hamburger buns
Get Grilling!
Preheat grill to medium high - 500ºF is ideal! In a bowl, mix ground beef and Orgasmic Onion. Form into four equal sized baseball shaped burger patties. Place baseball burgers evenly spaced onto presoaked Cedar Grilling Plank. Place planked burgers on grill and close lid. Plank the burgers for 20-25 minutes for medium well doneness, and throw some more sauce on your burgers its Beerlicious Baby! Top each burger with a slice of processed cheese. Close grill lid and allow cheese to melt, about 1 minute. Serve on toasted buns garnished with your favorite burger toppings. Do this burger right people! When your grilling it, please don’t poke it or squish it; the juices inside are important for keeping your burgers moist, juicy and tasty! If your plank should ignite then turn the heat down and use the spray bottle of water to douse the flames. Serves 4

Crazy Canuck Maple Leaf Ribs
You Need... My World Famous BBQ - Crazy Canuck Sticky Chicken and
Rib Sauce and Better Butter Burger Seasoning!
Racks of Maple Leaf® Moisture Enhanced baby back ribs Better Butter! Onion, chopped Jalapeno peppers, chopped Garlic minced Steam Whistle Beer Crazy Canuck!
Get Grilling!
• Using a sharp knife, diamond score the membrane on the backside of the ribs. Get Rubbin’ and Lovin’ the ribs with the Better Butter pressing the seasoning into the meat so that it adheres. • Preheat your oven to 325ºF. • Place the onions, garlic and jalapenos in the bottom of a roasting pan. • Lay the ribs meat side down on top of the onion mixture. Pour in the beer and cover with lid or aluminum foil. • Braise ribs in oven for 1½ hours until tender or until you can pull a rib bone easily from the meat. Remove from oven and let cool and then head to the grill! • Preheat grill to medium high approximately 350 to 450ºF. • Grill ribs for 6 to 8 minutes per side basting liberally with Crazy Canuck until the ribs are lightly charred and heated through and really sticky from the sauce. • Serves 4 - 8

Honey its time for a Quickie!
You Need... My World Famous BBQ - Better Butter Burger Seasoning and Honey Lager Mustard! Get Ready...
12 ¼ cup 12 slices ½ cup ½ cup Maple Leaf Prime® Naturally* Chicken Drumsticks Better Butter! Bacon Honey Lager Mustard! Honey
Get Grilling!
• Get Rubbin’ and Lovin’ the chicken drumsticks with the Better Butter pressing the seasoning into the meat so that it sticks baby! • Wrap each seasoned chicken drumstick tightly with one slice of bacon. Secure bacon to chicken drumstick with a toothpick. • In a bowl, whisk together the Honey Lager Mustard and Honey. Set aside. • Preheat the grill to medium 350ºF. Place the bacon wrapped drumsticks in the basket. • Grill the drumsticks, basting liberally with honey mustard sauce, until chicken is fully cooked and bacon is crisp. About 10 to 12 minutes a side. If you find the bacon is flaring up, turn one burner off and grill over the indirect heat, closing the lid between bastes. • When done remove drumsticks from basket and place in a bowl. Pour the remaining sauce over and toss. Remove toothpicks from drumsticks and serve immediately. • Serves 6
