									July’s Itinerary

1st. 15 minute walk.     Take a 15 minute walk around your block or at your local
                         gym.

2nd 15 minute jog        Take a 15 minute jog around your block or at your local
                         gym.

3rd 15 minute run        Take a 15 minute run around your block or at your local
                         gym.

4th Yoga                 Perform different yoga moves for about 30 minutes.

5th Sit-ups/push-ups     Perform at least 3 sets of 10 of each exercise.

6th Jump Rope            Jump rope for about 15-20 minutes.

7th Swim                 Swim a few laps around a pool. Your own pool, a friends,
                         or your local public pool.

8th Tae Bo               Turn on some music and perform some tae bo moves for
                         about 20 minutes.

9th Volleyball           Get together with some friends from class and have a little
                         game.

10th 15 minute fartlek   Perform fartlek training for 15 minutes.


11th Skating             Take out your skates and skate around for 20 minutes. If
                         you do not have skates, go to you local skate arena.

12th Bicycling           Ride your bike or a friends for about 15-20 minutes.

13th Pull-ups            Perform 3 sets of at least 3-5 pull-ups or as many as you
                         can.

14th Shuttle run         Time yourself on how fast you can run about 15 yards and
                         back and 15 yards and back. Perform this 3 times.

15th 30 minute walk      Take a 30 minute walk around your block or local gym.

16th 30 minute jog       Take a 30 minute jog around your block or local gym.

17th 30 minute run       Take a 30 minute run around your block or local gym.
18th Weightlifting       Lift some light weights and perform 3 different exercises of
                         the course of about 30 minutes.

19th Dancing             Turn on your favorite music and rock out for about 20-30
                         minutes.

20th Basketball          Get together with some friends for an organized game or
                         shoot some free throws for 30 minutes.

21st Animal walk day     Take your animal or a loved ones animal for a 30 minute
                         walk around a park or your neighborhood.

22nd Outside chores      Help your parents perform some outdoor chores for at least
                         an hour. Things like gardening or pushing the mower will
                         help build a sweat to keep you in shape.

23rd Baseball            Get together with some friends or family members and
                         have a little baseball game.

24th Aerobics            Turn on your favorite tunes and do some aerobics for about
                         30 minutes.

25th Static stretching   Perform at least 5-8 different types of static stretching over
                         the course of about 30 minutes.

26th Pilates             Turn on your mothers Pilates tapes or look up on the
                         internet on how to perform at least 5-8 different Pilates
                         techniques.

27th Step aerobics       Turn on your favorite music and do some step aerobics for
                         30 minutes.

28th Jumping Jacks       Perform 3 sets of 15 jumping jacks.

29th 1 mile walk         Walk for 1 mile.

30th 1 mile jog          Jog for 1 mile.

31st 1 mile run          Time yourself on how long it takes to run 1 mile.
