Rules of Conduct
This form must be completed for each person attending and must be turned in when purchasing your tickets. All
fines and fees must be cleared before purchasing a ticket.
This year Panther Creek High School will have a Junior Prom, which will be held in the commons area on April 12 from 8:00
p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Tickets must be purchased in advance. During the week of March 17-20, tickets may be purchased for
$25 single ticket, $45 for a couple. During the week of March 24-28 ticket prices will be raised to $30 single, $55 couple.
Final tickets will be sold on April 8 and 9 at $35 for a single and $65 for a couple. Tickets will be on sale during lunch in the
commons area. Tickets will not be sold at the door. No refunds will be made to individual students. Students are expected
to arrive by 9:00 p.m. Late arrivals may be denied entry to the Prom.

To ensure that the Junior Prom is an evening that we all enjoy, we ask that you obey the following rules and regulations.
1. The Prom is a WCPSS event; therefore, all WCPSS policies, procedures, and regulations apply. No student shall
possess, use, distribute, sell, possess with intent to distribute or sell, be under the influence of alcohol, drugs,
including any unauthorized prescription drug, tobacco, and/or any other controlled substance before, during, or after
the Prom. Anyone found in violation of this policy will be referred to the authorities and referred for school
discipline on the first day of return to the school. Parents/Guardians are strongly encouraged to monitor and
supervise all activities before and after the Prom.
2. Improper behavior will result in automatic expulsion from the Prom and referral for school disciplinary action.
3. The school reserves the right to withhold access to the Prom to anyone currently suspended from school or who has
been placed on suspension on the day of the Prom. Refunds may not be made to these students.
4. Students owing fines to Panther Creek High School will not be allowed to purchase a ticket.
5. All bags and personal belongings are subject to search.
6. All attendees are required to present a photo ID to the staff members at the check-in table upon their arrival to the
Prom. At their discretion, the administration reserves the right to deny admittance to the Prom.
7. Once a student or the student’s date exits the Prom, there will be no re-entry. NO EXCEPTION. When attendees
exit the Prom, they must leave the school campus and not return. Loitering on campus is prohibited and may result
in disciplinary action.
8. The minimal standard of dress is semi-formal. Girls must be in dresses, and guys must wear a suit, tux, or slacks, a
dress shirt, and a tie. Jeans and sneakers will not be allowed. The WCPSS dress code will be enforced; however,
girls may wear Prom dresses that are strapless or that have spaghetti straps. Students should remember that
excessively short dresses or dresses that expose cleavage are not appropriate for this function. Students who do not
follow the dress code will not be admitted, even with a ticket. Refunds may not be made.
9. Prom tickets are not transferable. Every ticket presented at the check-in table on the night of the Prom must match
the school’s ticket roster in terms of ticket number and name of ticket holder. Any discrepancies will lead to the
individuals associated with this issue not being admitted to the Prom.
10. Any students bringing a date who is not enrolled at Panther Creek must complete a date permission form. Dates not
properly registered will be denied admission.

Prom Date Permission Form
Individuals Not Enrolled at Panther Creek High School
Junior Prom 2008
A Panther Creek High School student’s receipt of this form indicates his/her intention to bring a date who is not enrolled at
our school to the Junior Prom on April 12. As a result, the Panther Creek student will assume responsibility as the “sponsor”
of the date. In addition, the Panther Creek student must submit this form with the required information at the time of his/her
purchase of a ticket for the date. The completion of this form and its subsequent submission at the time of ticket sales is the
only way a Panther Creek High School student will be eligible to buy a date ticket for a person not enrolled at our school.
The Panther Creek student will not be permitted to purchase more than one date ticket for the Prom.
In addition to the requirement of completing and submitting this form to purchase a date ticket for a person not enrolled at
our school, both the Panther Creek student and his/her date must adhere to the requirements listed below on the night of the
1. The date and the Panther Creek High School student must identify themselves by presenting a photo ID to the staff
members at the check-in table upon their arrival to the Prom. No individual, regardless of his/her status as a
current Panther Creek High School student or date, will be admitted without a photo ID.
2. The date and the Panther Creek student must enter the Prom at the same time. An individual who is not enrolled
at our school will not be admitted to the Prom alone. If the Panther Creek “sponsor” is not present with the
date at the check-in table when the date arrives, the date will be denied admission and will be required to
