    2.                                        Used “passed” information worksheet, handed in job application, and checked out after

    3.                                        Listed complete and correct personal information; ZIP + 4 was included.
    4.                                        Accurately completed the educational information—location, etc.
    5.                                        Listed complete employment information with description of job duties (must list some type of
                                              employment—volunteer work, etc.) Listed most recent employment first.
