In each section below, the number in <brackets> is the maximum score possible. A less than maximum score in any
category indicates more detailed information was required.
HEADING & FORMAT

Include date and colon in proper places. Don’t indent paragraphs. Use single-spacing for paragraphs and an extra line at the end of
