Thank you for: • Representing the core values of the organization and putting patient care first. • Turning Enloe Medical Center into a financially sound organization — Enloe’s financial stability grew from 11 days cash-on-hand in 1997 to 130 in 2006. • Leading us through the approval of a $110 million construction expansion to advance the health care in our community for generations to come. • Creating the vision and guiding the development of our Strategic Plan. • Developing successful joint ventures with medical staff in specialty areas. • Implementing a premier cardiac surgery and electrophysiology program. • Building our state-of-the-art Cancer Center. • Improving patient satisfaction, increasing permanent nurse staffing and nurse and management job satisfaction. • Putting into place a highly talented executive management team that has expressed its appreciation for your leadership. • Demonstrating outstanding character and integrity in your leadership of the organization as expressed by numerous Enloe directors, managers and coordinators. • Demonstrating leadership and outstanding character as expressed to the Board by many physicians. • Gaining the support and trust of multiple community members and leaders.
