                  Halloween & Harvest Family Carnival
                  In the good ol’ days Halloween was traditionally a time to celebrate the harvest. Temecula honors this
                  special day with an event celebrating the harvest and the spirit of Fall. Come dressed in a costume and be
                  a part of our costume contest. Enjoy our carnival games, balloon sculpting, clowns, party jumps, face
                  painters, delicious goodies and much more! Bring a carved pumpkin to be entered in the Pumpkin Carving
                  Contest. Categories include: Most Creative, Scariest, Best Overall, Best Decorated and Best Hand-Carved.
                  This fun contest is for children and adults.

Teen Excursions
Ages: 12 - 18 Years
The City of Temecula Community Services Department offers the following Teen Excursions. Registration will be taken on a first come, first served basis before the
stated deadline, or until sold out. Mail-in registration will be accepted using the Activity Registration Form and must be mailed with enough time to be received by the
stated deadline. No refunds will be issued after the deadline, unless the Community Services Department cancels the excursion. Unless otherwise stated, all excursions
depart and return to the CRC. Plan to arrive at the designated departure site 15 minutes early. Excursions may be cancelled if the minimum amount of participants is

Temecula Skate Park
The City of Temecula offers a state-of-the-art Skate Park located at 42569 Margarita Road. The entire park includes a concrete skateboard facility, an official size roller
hockey arena, picnic facilities, restroom/snack bar, equipment rental and plenty of parking. This one-acre skate park offers the ultimate skateboarding and in-line skating
experience. The park consists of a competition 60-foot diameter bowl and ramp entry. A 10-foot wide apron connects the upper bowl with a street plaza skate area.
The street plaza boasts a pyramid, fun box, curbs, ramps, stairs and a 20-foot handrail. The park is staffed and open to the public for various sessions per day, 7 days
a week. Special beginner sessions are also offered. The facility is lighted for night skating and can accommodate a maximum of 30 skaters at one time. All participants
must have a signed waiver form prior to park entry!

 LIABILITY WAIVER:
 I realize every precaution is taken to eliminate any injuries or hazards, and a competent supervisor is present; however, in the event of any injury, I hereby waive, release and hold harmless
 from any liability for damages for personal injury including accidental death, as well as from claims for property damage which may arise in connection with the above named activity, against
 the supervisor, the City of Temecula, its officers, agents, employees and volunteers. In case of accident or other emergency, personnel of the Community Services Department and/or its agents
 are hereby authorized to secure medical care deemed necessary as a result of accident or injury for the participant. I further agree to pay any and all costs incurred as a result of said treatment.

 I further permit the use of activity/event photography and/or video for media promotion.

 Refund Policy: All activities and excursions must meet a minimum number of participants to be held. If the City must cancel a class/excursion, participants may transfer to another
 class/excursion or receive a full refund. Participants unable to attend a class following pre-registration may request a refund. A $5.00 processing fee will apply for all refunds requested by
 the payee All refund requests must be made prior to the first class meeting or excursion date. I further understand that if by paying by credit card, the refund will be returned as a credit to
 the card used for original payment. All other refunds will be payable by check and are net 30. By signing this waiver I am verifying that I understand and am aware of the refund policy set
 forth by the City of Temecula.
