Skip-A-Payment Agreement
I have read the policy and agreement and would like to skip a payment. I understand that interest will continue to accrue and the skipped payment(s) will cause my loan to extend beyond the original maturity date.
Skip-A-Payment Policy & Agreement
Your interest will continue to accrue and skipped payment will cause your loan to extend beyond the original maturity which may change the total amount and schedule of repayment. Other terms of the loan will remain unchanged. There is a $25.00 processing fee for each loan payment that you choose to skip. The fee is due and payable at the time of the request. If your loan is insured with Credit Life and/or Disability, your monthly premium for coverage will still be added to the loan on the skipped month. You may take advantage of this offer TWO times during each calendar year, but not in consecutive months. All parties of the original loan agreement must sign the skip-a-payment form. Loans not eligible are loans with less than six month payment history, loans with an APR that would exceed 18% when the $25.00 fee is included, certificate secured loans, real estate, mortgage, home equity, credit card accounts and any delinquent loans and accounts not in good standing. Signed agreements must be received at least 10 days before payment is due. Mail the completed and signed form to: Fellowship Credit Union, 8200 Windway, San Antonio, TX 78239-2435. If you are authorizing us to take the $25.00 fee from your savings or checking account you can fax the form to 210.599.6150. Remember - failure to sign and agree to all terms and conditions will delay processing. All requests are subject to approval.
