                                NSSTA will be holding a Golf Tournament in honor of Bill Tocchi, former member of
                                the NSSTA PAC Board of Directors, president of Structured Financial Associates,
                                and consultant for Ringler Associates, who passed away in January of 2012 after a
                                battle with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), commonly called "Lou Gehrig's
                                disease.” Funds raised during the tournament will go toward research to find a cure
                                for ALS.

                                        most affected by the liquidation.# The Hardship Fund will be managed by JAMS, the
                                        largest private alternative dispute resolution provider in the world, has a history of
                                        professionally administering special funds fairly and equitably.# Ms. Taylor will
                                        discuss the unique nature of this Hardship Fund and the steps JAMS has taken to
                                        administer this unique Fund, the aim of which is to mitigate the financial impact on
