                                    October 2, 2010
                   8:30 AM – HARDYSTON MIDDLE SCHOOL CAFETERIA

I       Call to Order :
This is to advise the general public and to instruct that it be recorded in the Minutes that in
compliance with Chapter 231 of the Public Law 1975, entitled, “Open Public Meetings Act”,
Hardyston Township Board of Education posted a meeting notice setting forth the time, date,
and location of this meeting at the Office of Hardyston Township Board of Education and on
the district’s web site and mailed to the New Jersey Herald and to the Office of the Municipal
Clerk of Hardyston Township.

1.4 2010-2011 Goals
1.4.1 District
    Improve student achievement, making at least Adequate
     Yearly Progress as measured by NCLB standards
    Continue the district’s commitment to in-depth assessment
     of resource allocation, alternate funding and facility use to
     assure the proper balance of instructional/non-instructional
     spending
    Address school climate by identifying and improving key
     elements of the student experience

        Conclude successful negotiations within the district’s ability
         to pay
        Adopt a uniform method of reporting board committee

        Goals are formalized, Action Plans developed by
         Superintendent and shared with the Board

         from Superintendent

With no further action or discussion required of the Hardyston Township Board of Education at
this time adjourned the meeting at 12:30 p.m. Motion presented by Ms. Clavin and seconded
by Mr. Hoffmann.
