Diana K. Gresham
Ms. Diana Gresham is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at National Security Partners,
LLC. Diana has an extensive career in the Intelligence Community and has held numerous positions with
increasing responsibility in both the government and in private industry. Diana retired from the
National Security Agency and went to work immediately for private industry. Her experience includes
human resource management, program management, and facilitation of teams, strategic planning and

includes Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Compensation and Benefits.
Prior to joining NSP, Diana was a Vice President at Serco North America where she was the Program
Director overseeing three large Enterprise Program Management (EPM) Contracts. While serving in this
position, Diana was awarded with Serco’s most prestigious award (Pulse Award) for extraordinary
leadership. Diana has extensive experience and success in executing both operations and support
functions for both small and large organizations in both the federal government and in private industry.
Diana has served on numerous boards and committees but finds one of her favorite activities is
mentoring employees who are starting out their careers in the Intelligence Community. Diana lives with
her husband Bob in Severn, MD and enjoys spending time at their beach home with her entire family –
especially three little people in her life (her grandchildren - Emily, Conner and Logan).
