As next year is the 25th Anniversary of the EAS, we are continuing to sell off the current
supply of club Tee shirts at a reduced price of $5.00 each, in order to buy new ones for
the Anniversary. Current Tee Shirts are available in sizes XL, XXL and XXXL (great as a
night shirt). For Easter baskets we still have key fobs and grill badges available. Contact

April 4, Miccosukee, FL. - Extravaganza Under the Oaks
2009     The North Florida British Motoring Club will host Extravaganza Under the Oaks on
         the lawn of the Van Brundt-Morris House in historic Miccosukee, Florida. Cars will
         be on display from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Starting at approximately 3:30 PM,
         participants will enjoy a drive along some of North Florida and South Georgia’s
         beautiful canopy roads. The drive will end at the Miccosukee Community Center
         for a catered dinner and presentation of awards. A silent auction will also take
         place, along with a 50/50 drawing and live music throughout the day. Judging will
         be People’s Choice with trophies and cash awards going to First, Second and
         Third place finishers. Pre-registration is encouraged and can be done by

April    St Louis, MO. - 2009 Missouri Endurance Rally & Mini-Endurance
18-19,   Trial
2009     The Missouri Endurance Rally and Mini-Endurance Trial is a shortest distance
         rally that tests map reading skills of the driver and navigator over the course of a
         300 (mini) to 600 (full) mile course. This year’s event will be Saturday, April 18 –
         Sunday, April 19. The host hotel will be the Red Roof Inn – West Port. The hotel
         confirmation # is B126000962 and we get the lesser rate of $44.95 PER ROOM (no
         matter how many people stay there) All Doubles. Arrive April 17, Depart April 19.

April    Townsend, TN. - The Mini 50 - Party in the Smokies
22-25,   2009 is the 50th birthday of the Mini and Classic Minis United is going to throw a
2009     big party! For the 3 day gathering we're planning a cruise into the mountains each
         day, a nighttime scavenger hunt, and a big birthday party. Our event base will be a
         riverside KOA campground with a co-host hotel near by. The car show will be a 3
         day moving car show, judged by their peers. As with all of our gatherings, this is
         for everybody, but all of the drives/cruises/anything is only for classic Minis and
         its variants produced from 1959-2000, no exceptions. There's always room to ride
