    my own restaurant.

I grew up wanting to be a chef and C-CAP made
that dream come true. I received a full scholarship to the
French Culinary Institute. C-CAP truly helped me find my
passion for food, which is essential to work in this industry.

Thanks to donors, my amazing teachers
and everyone at C-CAP, my life is so much better
than I ever thought it could be. C-CAP showed
me a path that took me through high school
and into college. Because of C-CAP, I’m
working in the food world and doing
what I love. What’s amazing is that
C-CAP is also a real community that is
always there to support you, even after
     you’ve graduated from college.
