BRIEF HISTORY OF PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE

PRESENT ORGANIZATION:

     Currently employed with QATAR GAS as shift supervisor
      Operation).Working from 15 November 2008 to date. Involved in
      commissioning & start up of Plant activities.
     Plant is designed by CTJV chiyoda & Technip joint adventure.
      DCS (Delta-V) by EMERSON.
     ESD System PLC based of Triconex (TMR) Qatar gas field consists of
      o4 identical mega LNG trains each designed for 1500 MMscfd .
     Total 42MMton per Annum.


Major Areas

     The Inlet Facilities Unit (Unit-31) consists of four sections: Feed
      Receiving, Condensate Stabilization, Offgas Compression and Sour
      Gas Handling
     The Condensate Treating System is designed to receive and treat
      Condensate from Unit 31,
      The Condensate Treating System then processes (deodorizes) the
      condensate by converting the mercaptan compounds into
      disulfide oil before forwarding the treated      condensate into the
      common Condensate Storage tanks.
     The reduction of sour gas content and residual suspended solids
      and eventual
      traces of oil in the various produced waters from Inlet Facilities,
      Utilities,
     control the pH of the water
     reduce the oxygen content to dispose the water into the deep
      disposal wells
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

   Supervise production line operation in accordance with plant
    policies and procedures.
   Train and coach production line employees.
   Conduct employee performance reviews.
   Responsible for shift schedule to include: work station
    assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations,
    employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent
    employees, and shift rotations.
   Coordinate production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers.
   Coordinate with Human Resources for appropriate staffing levels.
   Schedule and conduct shift meetings.
   Responsible to meet shift production goals.
   Responsible for quality control. Make adjustments as necessary
    during shift to produce product within specifications. Reject product
    outside of specifications.
   Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job
    Safety Analysis (JSAs).
   Communicate with other Shift Supervisors and Plant Manager.
   Ensure a clean and safe work area.
   Complete shift paper work.
   Assist in production as necessary.
   Responsible for shift daily report.
   Play on seen commander role during emergency in Plant.
   Ensure PTW (permit to work ) implementation.



January 2003 to November 2008

   Employed with OMV multinational co (Pakistan) at Sawan gas field
    as Shift supervisor & Senior Panel Operator .Involved in
    commissioning & first start up of plant activities.
   Plant is designed by CLOUGH ENGENEERING (Australia),
    DCS (Delta-V) by EMERSON.
   ESD System PLC based of HIMA. Sawan gas field consists of two
    identical trains each designed for 200 MMscfd export gas. Total
    Production 400 MMscfd.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES


   Monitor and operate process to met the production nominations;
    ensuring that all operating procedures are obeyed.
   In case of equipment failure decides and directs necessary activities
    to bring plant & wells in safe condition and to minimize production
    loss.
   Supervises all operating jobs in the central process plant
   Provides hands-on guidance to the panel and gas plant operators
   Issues daily report on production and identified failures and
    malfunctions in the facilities
   Assist in developing operation management system
   Execute review and update operating procedures.
   Monitor and maintain production system levels of consumable
    materials
   Assist with developing and maintaining shift work patterns and
    personnel resource planning.
   Assist in Monitoring and reporting personnel performance and
    competency.
   Improve individual and Team competency by attending ongoing
    training and refresher courses.
   Execute and monitor the Permit to Work System as Permit Co-
    coordinator
   Taking active part in implementation of SRCM and RBI
Aug, 1997 to Dec, 2001
     Employed with Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim Company Ltd Karachi at
       D.A.P (Diammonia phosphate) Plant as a Panel Operator, AZF
       Double pipe reactor process.
     Plant capacity 1270 M ton/day D.C.S Control system of ( Baily-infi-
       90.)
     ESD (Emergency shut down) System of HIMA.
