Unlimited monthly classes - $25
Cardio Kickboxing (60 minutes)
High intensity cardio class that incorporates Martial Arts-style kicking and

Zumba (60 minutes)
High energy, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired fitness class
Monday 6:00 p.m.
Thursday 10:40 a.m.
Thursday 6:00 p.m.
Saturday 9:00 a.m.
Zumba Toning (60 minutes)
Uses 1- and 2-pound weights to sculpt target zones combined with a high
energy cardio work-out; please bring Zumba Toning Sticks if you have them.
Friday 6:30 p.m.
Yoga for All Levels (60 minutes)
An awakening vinyasa (flow) experience with attention to the breath and
alignment. Appropriate for students of all levels as modifications and
embellishments will be offered. Bring your own mat, wear comfortable
clothing, and come practice!
Tuesday 9:30 a.m.
Stability Ball Strength Class (60 minutes)
A strength and conditioning class focusing on core and other large muscle
groups while utilizing large exercise balls. NOTE: Please bring your own
exercise ball and mat.
Wednesday 9:00 a.m.
Wednesday 4:30 p.m.
Pilates (60 minutes)
