                                                   AREAS OF EXPERTISE

Finance & Accounts Management

GL Accounting and reporting:
    Management and control of GL Accounting & reporting of BOOT Project operations including Cash and Bank, AR, AP,
       Inventory, Fixed Assets, expenses etc. Perform Provisions/Amortizations/Accruals in General Ledger ,financial forecast
       and cash flows during Monthly closing,
    Preparation of ICN & profitability statement cost center wise and consolidation of the same for the project as a whole.
    Monthly closings as per timeliness perform the GL reconciliations generate TB self-check for accuracy and ensuring B/S
       items reflecting true position.
    Verification and authorization of accounting entries in SAP in relation to the processing AR/AP/GL reporting transactions of
       the respective cost centers.

Account Receivables:
    Billing and accounting of BOOT project for Civil, Services and Supply part of the contract pertaining to the 4 cost centers
       of Mainpuri location viz, three transmission lines and one 765 KV Sub Station to SPV.
    Looking after the Tax implications of Sale in Transit ( E1 Transaction ) in supply billing, back to back billing for civil and
    Dealt with the account receivables of annual Energy billing of Rs 300 Crores (Approx ) for one business division in South
       Delhi with my previous employer BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd.
    Total no of consumer accounts for above business division are 110 Thousands.
    Management and release of periodic billings which do not qualify billing and metering parameters while bill processing.
    Finance and accounts management of EPC project (DHDT & MSQ Up gradation project, Mathura Refinery) with my
       previous employer Indian Oiltanking Ltd. This involves Account receivable contract value of Rs.212Crores.

Account Payable:
    Currently looking after the BOOT project for the work of power transmission system awarded by UPPTCL to Isolux
       Corsan pertaining to AP of the 5 cost centers of Mainpuri location viz, three transmission lines and one 765 KV
       Sub Station
    Accounts management control and accounting control of accounts payables of BOOT Project wrt civil, services contractor
       and vendor payment processing against supply of the material in relation with the WO/PO issued.
    Account payable in relation with the EPC project of Mathura refinery, mostly related to subcontractor’s accounts against
       works contract and vendor’s accounts for the material supply as per stipulated work orders and purchase orders terms and
    Looking after the overhead expenses in line with budget allocations and preparation of monthly cost control sheet and
       variance reports for management review.

MIS And Budgeting:
     Currently responsible for preparation of Rolling Budget, Cost Budget, comparison and analysis of budgeted Vs actual
       figures for the respective cost centers.
     Preparation of cost control sheet for each cost center for management review and appraisal.
     Coordination, preparation and dissemination of all monthly financial reports from detailed financial statements and other
       sources; develop and prepare other reports as requested; prepare analysis of expenditures and revenue on a monthly,
       quarterly, and annual basis including comment on allocation of funds.
     Coordination with the process improvement cell for implementation of various processes in different business auxiliaries.
     Compile budgetary recommendations from each section and prepare operational budget; monitor, verify and reconcile
       expenditure of budgeted funds.

    At present looking after the taxation issues related to E1 ,E2 transactions, VAT,TDS, WCT service tax issue in relation to
        AR/AP of BOOT project.
Commercial Functions:

            Being member of tender committee involve in floating the enquires ,analysis of comparatives & negotiations and
             issuing the respective PO And WO

        Coordination with internal and statutory auditors in relation to the various audit report.

                                                  ORGANISATIONAL DETAILS

Isolux Corsan India Engineering & Construction Pvt. Ltd: Since September 2011 till Date
The Company: It is multinational company giant in infrastructure sector world wide currently in India having mega EPC projects in
Highway contraction and Power Transmission projects.

Currently Heading the 4 member finance & accounts team at Mainpuri Location for the UP BOOT project awarded by
UPPTCL to the company for power transmission system having project cost 4300 Crors..

BSES Rajdhani Power LTD: From August 2006 – September 2011
The Company: It is a Joint Venture Company of Govt. Of Delhi and Reliance Infrastructure Ltd. Company’s main business is
Power Distribution, Generation and Transmission.

Attainments in relation to the responsibility assumed:
      Ranked No 1 revenue protected Business division across the company which maintains the collection efficiency > 100%
       required to achieve target AT& C losses.
      Handling commercial part of the division business consisting nearly 110 thousand consumers with least no of billing
       grievances across the company.
      Maintain Zero billing complains beyond the stipulated time frame of regulator (DERC) as per supply code.

Indian Oiltanking Ltd: From August 2003- April 2006

 The Company: It is a Joint Venture Company of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. and Oiltanking GMBH of Germany, Company’s main
business is oil terminaling and Execution of EPC Contracts.
The Attainments
 Working as a finance executive successfully completed the project finance activities for EPCC-2 Contract for Mathura
    Refinery’s DHDT & MSQ upgradation for a project costing Rs.212Crores. Worked as main coordinator with head office finance,
    the client IOCL, our subcontractor and vendor in relation to project finance and accounts management.
 Taken an initiative:
             in consultation with sales tax consultant for getting the exemption certificate from sales tax department for not
              deduction of WCT from our bills by client ( IOCL ) under section 8 d ( 1 ) of UPTT and by getting this clearly saving of
              Rs. 2.36 Cr of company.
             for getting refund from IOCL against deduction of Entry Tax of Rs 200 Lakhs which was due to wrong interpretation of
              act after our representation this liability restricted to Rs 21 Lakhs only so that a saving of Rs 179 Lakhs to company.
 Received Letter of appreciation:
         −    For getting sales tax exemption certificate from GM (Fin) in 2003-04.
         −    From Sr. VP ( EPC ) for getting clearance certificate from Director of Boilers UP for charging the steam pipelines in
              Mathura refinery Mathura
