                                    Dear Concessionaire:

We invite you to apply for participation in our 33rd Annual Washington State International Kite Festival
(WSIKF) in Long Beach, Washington.

Dates:                  August 19 – 25, 2013 w/setup on Sunday, August 18, 2013
                                 (Monday – Sunday)
Hours:                  10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.           Monday through Thursday and Saturday
                        10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.          Friday
                        (Must remain open until after the fireworks & lighted Kite Fly on Friday Night)
                        10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.           Sunday
                        NOTE: Vendors are encouraged to remain open longer hours.

Fees:                   Full Week (August 19 – 25) = $500.00 + $5.00 per foot over 10 feet
                        Weekend (August 23 - 25) = $450.00 + $5.00 per foot over 10 feet
                        With motor home an additional $50.00 will be charged for the week.

Application Deadline: March 31 (or until all spaces filled) with fees paid in full by July 1st.
In selecting vendors for the WSIKF we strive for variety and clean-appearing booths, space is limited.

Changes –

    1. There will only be Fireworks on Friday Night.
    2. Increase in Motor Home Fee to $50.00

There is very limited overnight parking available and the WSIKF Committee will try to accommodate
camping requests. No electrical hookups are available for overnight parking. Only self-contained vehicles
will be considered for camping space, which excludes tents. If you apply for camping, be sure your rig
does not exceed the length of your space. If your booth is 10’ and your Motor Home or Storage Trailer is
20’ you will be charged for the 20’ space. The committee must approve all Motor Homes and Storage
Trailers.
