     What Are The Cancellation Policies?
     Conference: Requests for conference refunds must be submitted in writing via registered mail
     to 100 Black Men of America, Inc. Attn: Finance Department, 141 Auburn Ave., Atlanta, GA
     30303. Requests received after May 3, 2013 will not be granted. An Administrative Fee of
     $100.00 will be assessed per registration. There will be no exceptions to this policy. Refunds
     will be processed after June 30, 2013.

     Hotel: Cancellations made within (3) days of arrival will have the reservation released and the
     credit card on file will be billed one night’s room and tax.

     Is The Conference Only For 100 Black Men Members?
     No. The conference is open to youth, their parents, community neighbors, friends and the sup-
     porters of our organization.
