On OCTOBER 31, many survivors of sexual abuse by
clergy will be gathering in St. Peter’s Square in Rome.
This gathering will be by people from around the world
standing together to pray. They ask us to continue to
pray for all that have been effected by clergy sexual
abuse.

A SPECIAL REQUEST FROM RICK RANDAZZO:
After a year’s hiatus, my daughter’s team “Sight for
Sully” will participate again in this walk to help fight
the disease known as Retinitis Pigmentosa (“RP”) as
well as other eye diseases. As you may remember,
both my wife Kthy and my youngest daughter, Kaitlyn
have been diagnosed with RP. If you would like to
support me and my family and friends in this walk, it
would be greatly appreciated. Just put your donation
in an envelope and mark “Vision Walk” and place it in
the collection box or drop it off at the Rectory. I
thank you for your donation, all that you do for our
Parish and ask that you pray for the intercession
of St Lucy who is the Saint for the eye and eye
diseases. Blessings!

World Youth Day: Next AUGUST 13-22, 2011,
hundreds of thousands of youth and young adult Catholics
from around the world will descend upon Madrid, Spain for
the celebration of World Youth Day. Join Cardinal Sean
O’Malley, the Office for the New Evangelization (ONE) and
hundreds of young people from the Archdiocese of Boston as
we respond to Pope Benedict’s invitation to join him for one
of the greatest Catholic experiences in the Church today.
Please contact the Rectory if interested. Blessings to all!

ST. VINCENT de PAUL SOCIETY: Please remember to
place your donation for the poor in the box at the 3RD DOOR of
our church. Please be assured that your donations are much
appreciated. We are also still collecting clothes. They can be left
in the church parking lot by the garage door. Without your help we
could not continue to serve the needy of our parish. Thank you.
