					                                     The competition rules

       The Czech Association of Cooks has been appointed responsible for this competition
in category of:

Juniors (date of birth 11.5.1986 and younger)
Seniors (21 and older)


         All cooks interested in participating in this competition are required to send a correctly
filled form together with a precise calculation of prepared meal and its photo to following
address no later then April 22nd, 2007.

A competition fee has been set to300,- Kč and will be accepted during the presentations on
a final day.

The competition consists of two venues:

1. Preliminary part – 12 best competitors will continue
2. Practical part – final; 12 best in each category

Preliminary part finishes on 22.4.2007 and practical will be held in Gastrocentre Moravia
in Přerov on 11.5.2007 for juniors and 12.5.2007 for seniors.
The final list of competitors will be posted on the Internet address
www.gastromorava.cz and will be also sent by email no later then on 1.5.2007.


                                  Competition requirements:

1. Preliminary part – sending of required materials as mentioned
2. Practical part - final

The competition meal calculation must be counted for 5 portions (serving on plates) and the
photo of a main dish must be taken when meal placed on a white porcelain plate.
The competitors must prepare the same dish as prepared in the preliminary part during the
final.


                            The competition meal requirements:

-    Main course with a side dish (counted for three entries menu). There must be turkey
     breasts supplied by Gastroma company used when preparing portions
-    A convection oven must be used when preparing the dish
-    Total weight of meat cannot exceed 250 grams
-    Another required ingredient that must be used is sour cream from Mlekarna Kunin
company.


                                       Practical part:

-           Every competitor is required the prepare 5 portions of its meal
-           Time limit for the preparation is 45 minutes maximum + 5 minutes to clean up the
       working area
-           Portions must be presented on one porcelain plate set which can be supplied by
       the organized if required.
-      all ingredients but sour cream and turkey breasts must be brought by the competitor.
-      every competitor is asked to bring his own working tools (knives, etc.)
-      every working area will be equipped by RETIGO 611 CI and CB, four plates burner,
       sink with running water and working desk including electrical supply for 220V.

                                             Prices
All received points will be counted together. Winners of the Moravian cook RETIGO Cup
2007 competition in each category will be announced and prices will be distributed for both
categories:

                      Price

For the rest of competitors there will be diplomas and small presents prepared.
