Yoga is an ancient form of physical and mental exercises that comprises of various poses,
known as asanas, breathing techniques and meditation. Most of the people begin practicing
yoga for the relaxation and health benefits it brings to the body. Various forms of yoga
strengthen muscles, improve body balance and flexibility, and relieve the practitioner from
stress.

Heart-Health Benefits of Yoga

regularly practice yoga exercises have less blood compounds in their body, which may result

The reason I advised to join a professional yoga studio lies in the fact that there are many
different types of yoga. And not every type can be suitable for everybody. For example, if
you are pregnant women, you can learn prenatal and postnatal yoga (Rückbildungsgymnastik
in German language). Similarly, the recommendation will vary for elderly and kids as well.

For beginners, Hatha Yoga is one of the simplest and most commonly practiced forms of
Yoga. It includes slow and gentle body movements with main focus on breathing. It
