Descriptive summary:
1- Customer invests in one unit of 40m2 or any
multiple of units i.e., 80m2, 120m2…etc., for a
period of 2 months renewable.
2-
A-Customer signs MOU with GDP and pays
$8000.
b- Customer fills up the Porter City
documentation to be awarded the “Nomination”
necessary for the Fast & Easy entry to the
Chinese market through Porter City Malls &
Fairs.
c- Customer pays $8000 after the above
successful Nomination.
d- Customer signs a contract with GDP for the 2
months investment.

a- Customer chooses his space area & receives
the space map.
b- Customer designs a decoration plan.
c- Customer receives 2 or 3 quotations from
Porter City to execute the decoration plans.
Decoration takes a maximum of 45 days to be
executed


4- Customer sends his products to be exhibited
at the Mall.
5- Customer manages his own space & can
benefit from selling retail & Whole- Sale.
6- Customer can benefit from many B2B with
Chinese Importers. These meetings are
facilitated by GDP.
7- Customer can benefit from the financial
initiative supported by Porter City where
Chinese Importers are encouraged to buy from
Lebanese exhibited products.

a- 10m2 of surface area stands with an
investment of $10,000
b- 15m2 of surface area stands with an
investment of $14,000
c- 20m2 of surface area with an investment of
$18,000
d- We can even study smaller areas on demand

A-Customer signs MOU with GDP and pays
half of the stand’s cost.
b- Customer fills up the Porter City
documentation to be awarded the “Nomination”
necessary for the Fast & Easy entry to the
Chinese market through Porter City Malls &
Fairs.
c- Customer pays the remaining half after the
above successful Nomination.
d- Customer signs a contract with GDP for the 2
month investment.

a- Customer chooses his space area & receives
the space map.
b- Customer puts his products on Supermarket-
Like shelves.
4- Customer sends his products to be exhibited
at the Mall. He can send only samples if his
target just to focus on gaining whole-Sales
orders. Or he can decide on more products to
be sold at retail if he wishes so.
5- GDP manages this space on behalf of
customer & can benefit from selling retail (if
enough products are sent for this purpose &/or
use samples for promotional purposes and to
take Whole- Sale orders.
6- Customer can benefit from many B2B with
Chinese Importers. These meetings are
facilitated & managed by GDP.
7- Customer can benefit from the financial
initiative supported by Porter City where
Chinese Importers are encouraged to buy from
Lebanese exhibited products.
