1. I request placement on the BAH waiting list. I understand that if I become eligible to reside off base, I will

dormitory if my first sergeant determines my safety or well being is in jeopardy as a result of my residing off base.

2. I will report to the Housing Referral Office before entering into any rental or purchase. I understand that I must
take a copy of my lease to Accounting and Finance in order to collect BAH and OHA.
