12   RELATING TO LIFE SENTENCE FOR PERSONS
13   COMMITTING CERTAIN CRIMES, BY ADDING CERTAIN
14   OFFENSES TO THE DEFINITION OF “MOST SERIOUS
15   OFFENSE.”

17   Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South
18   Carolina:

20   SECTION 1. Section 17-25-45(C)(2)(b) of the 1976 Code is
21   amended by adding at the end:

23     “16-11-325 Common Law Robbery, Assault with Intent to
24   Kill (Common Law)
25
26     16-23-440     Discharging a Weapon into a Dwelling
27
28     16-25-65     Criminal Domestic Violence of a High and
29     Aggravated Nature
30
31     16-3-625      Resisting Arrest with a Deadly Weapon
32
33     16-23-415    Taking a Firearm or other Weapon from a Law
34   Enforcement Officer”

36   SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
