per family, and sell a minimum dollar amount in ads per family to be eligible to compete in the State
Finals. Line up sheets will be available at each rodeo and will have important reminders about upcoming
events and deadlines for your information.
Please read each entry form, as there are usually notes on them pertaining to that particular rodeo.

MANDATORY NATIONAL SUPPORT FEE $5.00. New this year is a $5.00 buckle fee that will be
mandatory for NATIONAL CONTESTANTS ONLY. Entries will not be accepted without these fees.

TO EACH EVENT ENTERED! THE ENTRY FORMS MUST BE MAILED BY THE DATE NOTED AT

is mailed by the postmark date. A contestant may draw out of a rodeo if you call me by the Friday
following the postmark date for that rodeo (not the Friday before the rodeo). If you do call by that Friday,
you may have your entry fee returned or applied to a future rodeo. You may draw out later in the week
for a medical or other emergency if you call me before the day of the rodeo. These emergency draw outs
must be approved by the Board of Directors. Call back night will be the Thursday night prior to the rodeo
on Saturday. This is optional and will be to make sure I received your form. If you want, you may call
between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. The draw position for each rodeo as well as points accumulated from
each rodeo will be on the Internet at www.mjhsra.org

have notarized before competing in the first rodeo. This form will be kept on file for the 2012-2013 rodeo
