About Annette Moore, RN
Ms. Moore retired after over 50 years in the nursing area. She served as the Head Nurse of Surgery at St.
Elizabeth's Hospital in Crittenden, Kentucky. Ms. Moore specialized in coronary intensive care, ER
nursing and consulting regarding the product development of surgical equipment. She also served as the
Assistant Director of a children's home for 3 years. Ms. Moore was awarded 5 patents. She was born in
Mousie, Kentucky and obtained her RN at St Elizabeth's Hospital in 1953. Ms. Moore is ER Certified. In
her retirement she enjoys wildlife rescue, reading and being a prizewinning watercolor artist.
