TREE PRESERVATION ORDER : GRANT OF CONDITIONAL CONSENT
TPO 761 (No. 54) Reg. No. 2941 Site: The Bolt, Salcombe – Consent for T1 & T2 Beech – reduce overall
crown by 3m, T3 Eucalyptus – Crown reduce by one third. Area 1 – Sycamore – fell and 4 Sycamore
trees to be identified with paint prior to felling for inspection by the LPA.
7. CIVIC HOSTED FUNCTIONS
To receive a proposal that a Working Party is set up to deal with all future administration of such with a budget
vired from the Mayor’s Allowance.
8. GRANT
To consider an application by Friends of Cliff House Woods for a £200 towards tree works.
9. CEMETERIES
To receive a proposal that:
(a) Town Council consider the quotes received to put the burial records on a database and provide a mapped
plan of the layout of the cemeteries
(b) following a review of charges levied by other authorities that Town Council set new burial fees (as
attached).
10. PARK & RIDE WORKS TO PARKING AREA
To consider a proposal that Town Council write to County setting out their intentions for the refurbishment of
the Park & Ride area and request that the grant allocated to Salcombe be utilised to assist with this work.
