procurement and contract management
Experience of supplying a variety of management

Knowledge & Knowledge of services available to excluded and
Understanding disadvantaged women and their families (e.g. through
health services, adult and children’s services, voluntary
sector)
Understanding and commitment to supporting and
sustaining a volunteer involving organisation
Knowledge of women’s health issues
Working knowledge of HR, legal, health and safety issues
Understanding of confidentiality policy and practice,
including data protection
Understanding of equality and diversity and practice
including HR
Up-to-date knowledge of IT platforms, applications and
office technologies
