**Please note: past recipients of the PRIMA Student Scholarship are not eligible to apply.
Application Requirements
Each application packet must include the following items:
1. A completed application form (this page).
2. A brief essay describing (essay must be typed, double spaced, and no more than 250 words):
a. Your academic major of study
b. Your career goals
c. Your reasons for applying for the PRIMA Student Scholarship
3. One letter of recommendation written by an advisor, instructor, or professor and addressed to:

4. A certification form from the enrollment/records office confirming your current status as a full-time student.
5. A copy of your transcript (unofficial copies are accepted).
The application deadline is Monday, February 11, 2013.

Incomplete applications will NOT be accepted. Students will be notified of their selection during the week of April 1, 2013.
Scholarship winners will be paired with PRIMA members who are experienced risk managers. They will act as mentors to help you network, gain
industry knowledge, and expose you to other learning opportunities before, during, and after the 2013 Annual Conference. The winners will also receive
a complimentary one-year student membership to PRIMA.
