                                             WIKA acquires Gayesco

               Klingenberg, December 3, 2012.
               With the acquisition of Gayesco, WIKA intends to complete its product portfolio
               for the petrochemical, refining and process industries.

               Gayesco, established in 1958 in Pasadena, Texas is a global market leader in
               temperature measurement for furnace and reactor applications. The product range
               includes multipoint sensors, tube skin sensors, sensor assemblies and field installation
               services.

               “The acquisition will allow us to grow the global temperature business at a faster pace,
               provide local technical support and supply a complete line of temperature products and
               services to our international customer base,” said Alexander Wiegand, CEO of the WIKA
               Group.

               Gayesco will become a part of the temperature measurement division of the WIKA
               Group.
