ISCA EXEMPLARY SCHOOL COUNSELOR AWARDS
This year, the Indiana School Counselor Association will recognize our members by selecting an
Exemplary School Counselor Award winner at the elementary, middle school, high school, and counselor
educator levels and an Exemplary Administrator. This process is modeled after the ASCA national award
model. The ISCA awards will be presented at the ISCA Fall Conference Awards lunch on Friday, November 2,
2012. Anyone is welcome to nominate a deserving individual, but award recipients (except Exemplary
Administrator) must be current members of ISCA. (Please provide no more than one additional page for the
essay portion of nomination per nominator. There is no limit to the number of nominations each individual can
receive.)
