Barchon, 31 May 2005 4th Edition of the International Fleet Managers Institute (IFMI) The fourth edition of the International Fleet Managers Institute (IFMI), a high-level 3-day seminar on international car fleet management, will take place in Brussels from 17 to 19 October 2005.
