Registration Fee Payment Procedure
The Conference registration will begin on June 25, 2009; We will bill you for the Conference fee after we receive your registration form; The registration fee bill will be valid for 10 work days following the issue date.
Details of the Registration Fee
The registration fee entitles you to:

attend all Conference sessions and events; receive a participant pack and additional handouts; have meals during the Conference (coffee breaks and buffet lunches); attend the official reception dinner for the Conference participants on 18 November 2009.
1 Provide your passport details if you pay your Conference registration fee on your own behalf (as a private individual, rather than an institution).
All participants cover their own travel, accommodation, visas, any insurance and additional services (sightseeing tours, theater, etc.) Our flexible pricing policy provides for some special prices and discounts. Please refer to the table below for registration fees applied depending on the status of organization and time of registration. You do not need to indicate the fee in this form - just check the relevant box and date your application. We will calculate the fee based on the number of applications received from your organization.

Cancellation Terms and Conditions
If you wish to cancel your participation after you have paid the attendance fee, the following conditions apply: if you cancel before September 30, 2009, we will charge 20% of the attendance fee; if you cancel between October 1, 2009 and October 31, 2009, we will charge 50% of the attendance fee; if you cancel after October 31, 2009, your attendance fee will not be returned. We deduce a cancellation fee to cover our costs of organizing the Conference attendance for each registered participant.
