					SUN VILLAS Bookings Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions Your signature on the booking form will be taken as your and your party’s acceptance of the following conditions: 1. General This booking contract is between the hirer and the Owner for which the booking is made and incorporates the conditions set out below. The price is for the villa only and does not include flights, holiday insurance, car hire, all inclusive etc as defined in clause 5 below 2. Deposit and Balance Payment A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance of 70% being payable Eight Weeks prior to arrival. If the booking is made Eight Weeks prior or less then the full amount will be payable on booking. 3. Receipt of Deposit On receipt of the deposit monies or full payment of booking, confirmation of booking will be sent by E-mail. 4. Cancellation Policy a) Cancellation of booking must be made in writing by the party leader. b) 8 weeks or more prior to rental period - loss of deposit only c) Less than 8 weeks – 100% rental charge For most reasons beyond your control cancellation refunds will be covered by your travel insurance. Please make sure you take out adequate insurance cover. 5. Booking Cancellation by us If for any reason beyond our control, we have to change or cancel your booking, you will be informed at the earliest possible date. If for any reason we are unable to provide you with the accommodation you have booked, we reserve the right to transfer you to a similar or better property. However, if this is not possible, or you do not wish to take the alternative accommodation, we will cancel your booking with a full refund 6. Check in/Check out 1. Check in time is from 12PM on day of arrival 2. Check out time is by 10.30 AM on morning of departure. 3. If the Villa is not booked out again on departure date, or, a late arrival is due that day, then the time may be extended to suit

7. Charges/Costs 1. The accommodation price is per villa sleeping up to 4 persons, additional persons over 2 years of age will incure an additional charge per person, per night 2. The villas are on a self catering basis only with all charges included. 3. Transport/Transfers costs are not included in the accommodation price. 4. Maid service is included and usually 2/3 time a week according to the instruction of the villa owner. 5. Buggy’s are available for getting around the complex at an extra cost. It is advisable to book early if required as they are limited. 8. Accommodation The accommodation is fully equipped with cable TV also. The Villas can sleep up to 4 persons comfortably, some villas have a sofa bed in living area to accommodate 2 extra persons or if no sofa bed, an extra Roller bed can be put into the second bedroom to accommodate 5 persons Cots or Travel cots are available on request. 9. Behavior & Damages to the Property The client signing the contract is responsible for the correct and decent behavior of his party. You are responsible for any loss or damage that you or members of your party may cause to the property or its contents. You are required to report any damages to the property owners or their representative and to bear the cost of repair or replacement. Should you or any member of your party behave unrespectfully towards the property and its contents, the owners or their representatives will be entitled to ask and expect that you vacate the property immediately. 10. Smoking For the safety and comfort of all our guests smoking is not permitted within any of the properties. Thank you. 11. Valuables Some Villas are fitted with safety deposit boxes. However, valuables left at the property are at the clients' risk. Neither the owners nor their representatives will be held responsible for their loss or misplacement. 12. Insurance It is a condition of booking that your party is covered by comprehensive travel insurance including coverage against trip cancellation and against personal injury. The appropriate coverage should be purchased at the time of the booking. Please contact your travel agent, travel consultant or insurance broker in your home country about this. 13. Owners Access The owners and their representatives shall be allowed access at any reasonable time during your stay.

14. Liability The owners and their representatives accept no responsibility whatsoever for the death, personal injury, accidents, loss, or damage to persons or personal belongings however caused. The use of all accommodations and all amenities, including the swimming pools, is entirely at the users own risk. Children must at all times be supervised by responsible adults when using the swimming pools. The owners and their representatives cannot accept any liability for any loss of rental time due to travel problems, flight delays, cancellations, terrorist acts, industrial disputes or any events, which are outside our control, including any form of Force Majeure. 15. Force Majeure As with any other holiday, there may be circumstances completely beyond our control and contemplation, in which the property might not be available for your booking. Examples of these circumstances include (but not limited to) destruction of or severe damage to the property. Such circumstances are referred to as "Force Majeure". In the event of Force Majeure the owners will do their best to make alternative arrangements for you where possible. If they cannot, or if alternative arrangements are unacceptable to you, then they will refund all monies paid. This will be the full extent of the owner's liability to you in such circumstances, and they shall not be responsible for any other costs connected with any such cancellation, however arising. 16. Responsibilities The guests are responsible for the property, and are expected to take all reasonable care of it including the locking of all doors and windows whenever the house is unoccupied. At the end of the rental period guests should leave the property in reasonable order including everything in the house, all walls, carpets and furnishings. 17. Code of Conduct All clients undertake to behave with propriety and in such a manner as in no way to cause or be likely to cause damage, distress danger or annoyance to those occupying adjacent or nearby properties, property and/or any third party. The contract of any client in breach of this clause will be terminated and neither we nor the providers of the services in question will have any further contractual obligations to you. 18. Complaint Procedures i) If you have any reason to complain or experience any problems, you must immediately get in touch with us by telephone on the day of your arrival, confirming your complaint in writing within 24 hours by fax or by e-mail. You are obliged to give us the time necessary to resolve the problem. Should there be no written complaint supplied as above specified and you leave the accommodation prematurely and without an explicit authorization by us, you forfeit your rights for a refund of the rental price, unless the terms of this contract have been breached. Complaints received at the end of the stay will not be taken into consideration and no refunds will be given.

ii) Should a complaint be upheld and a refund forthcoming, but the amount of refund cannot be agreed between the parties Sun Villas will act as arbitrator to decide on the amount of refund if any that is due. iii) Complaints relating to on-site services are to be made direct to Reception at Jolly Harbour. Neither the Owners or Sun Villas are responsible for any such complaints iv) Please note that the property is not an official tourist structure, such as a hotel, etc. but a private dwelling. Being such, there is no standard or categories that are internationally recognized; indeed it reflects the architecture and furnishings, the local traditions and the personal taste of the owner. This is precisely the kind of holiday that we offer: the chance to partake in the culture of the area chosen, living for a few weeks in the same surroundings as an inhabitant would. We cannot however exclude the possibility that these differences can sometimes result in minor inconveniences - due to the special nature of its architecture and of traditions in the area - but which cannot be accepted as complaints. 19. Authority to Sign The person who signs must be the lead name of the Booking Reservation and must be 21 years or over. And certifies that he/she is authorized to agree and sign the Booking Conditions on behalf of all persons included. I have read and understand the above Terms and Conditions:
