This form is to be completed by Springfield Technical Community College students who are working towards earning their Associate Degree in a Joint Admission Program with the required GPA prior to enrolling at their intended private college. Immediately request an official copy of your academic transcript from the Registrar’s Office at STCC to be sent to the Admissions Office at the college that you intend to enroll. Once you have finished your last semester at STCC, request another official copy of your academic transcript from the Registrar’s Office that shows you graduated, and send it to the College’s Admissions Office. Please note: send official transcript(s) from any other colleges attended to ensure that all transfer coursework is evaluated for degree requirements.
Other Important Information Make sure that you contact the private college where you plan to enroll to determine if that college has a priority deadline and/or requires additional information. International students must meet additional visa status and financial support requirement (these requirements may vary from college to college). If you were previously enrolled in a degree program at your designated private college, you are NOT eligible for Joint Admissions.

Joint Admissions Eligibility Criteria and Scholarship Information
American International College Minimum number of credits Associate Degree or 30 credits completed Minimum GPA: 2.0 (Majors including, but limited to Nursing Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy have specific program requirements) Scholarships: Transfer Academic Scholarships: Cumulative GPA Award Amount 3.8 – 4.0 $6,000/year/full-time 3.5 – 3.79 $5,000/year/full-time 3.0 – 3.49 $3,000/year/full-time 2.7 – 2.99 $2,500/year/full-time Joint Admissions Scholarships: Students signing this agreement will be eligible for the following depending on time of signing: Up to 2 years at STCC $4,000/year/full-time After 2 years at STCC $3,000/year/full-time PTK Scholarship: This scholarship increases the existing Transfer Scholarship-it is not in addition to the Transfer Scholarship. 3.8 – 4.0 $10,000/year/full-time 3.5 – 3.79 $ 8,000/year/full-time 3.3 – 3.49 $5,000/year/full-time Bay Path College Minimum number of credits: Associate Degree or 24 credits: Minimum GPA: 2.0 (Majors including, but not limited to Forensic Science, Education and Occupational Therapy have specific program requirements) Scholarships: Transfer Academic Scholarships: Cumulative GPA Award Amount 3.25 – 4.0 $8,000-$10,000/year/full-time 2.8 – 3.24 $7,000-$9,000/year/full-time 2.0 – 2.79 $5,000-7,000/year/full-time Also available: up to $2,000 scholarship for residential students. PTK Scholarship: $1,500.00 renewable scholarship for students who are a member of PTK. Transfer students who graduate with a Bachelor’s degree and then pursue a graduate degree are eligible to receive a $2,500 grant per year. Financial Aid: complete and file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), available from any Financial Aid office, or you can visit www.fafsa.ed.gov . In addition to achieving the stated GPA’s, students must also demonstrate special leadership characteristics as identified by the Springfield College Admissions Staff. Scholarships will be based on the scholarship value available at the time of matriculation; therefore the amount may be larger.
