            Architecture Review Committee (ARC)

1. The ARC committee will meet on the 1st of each month to review any requests.

2. All requests should be sent via mail and/or e-mail and received before the 1st of each
   month to the following.

3. Any request received after the 1st of the month will be reviewed the following month.

4. Please include in your request, the details of your project, placement, materials to be
   used, size, drawings and any other information that you have for your project. Please
   make sure that you include your name, address and any other contact information you
   may wish to share with us.

5. Within a 30 day period from the 1st of the month each requesting homeowner will
   receive a letter from the ARC committee with and/or without an approval for their
   request. If a letter of denial is received, an explanation as to why will be included.

6. Please remember, all homeowners should request a letter of approval from the ARC
   committee before you start your project, this will eliminate any future questions
   and/or possible problems.
