FREEMAN-ASIA: AWARDS FOR STUDY IN ASIA The Freeman-Asia scholarship is open to undergraduate students who whish to study in Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Laos, Macao, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Mongolia, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, and Vietnam for Fall, Spring, Academic Year and Summer* programs. *EAP Summer programs- Students must see study abroad counselor for additional requirements in order to apply. Award Amount- $3,000 for Summer, $5,000 for Quarter/Semester, $7,000 for Academic Year UCLA EAP Campus Deadlines*

BENJAMIN A. GILMAN INTERNATIONAL SCHOLARSHIP The Gilman Scholarship is open to US citizen, undergraduate students who wish to study abroad for Fall, Spring or Academic Year. Students may apply worldwide. Preference will be given to applications outside of Western Europe, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. To be eligible you must be receiving a Federal Pell grant. NATIONAL SECURITY EDUCATION PROGRAM (NSEP) DAVID L. BOREN UNDERGRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP NSEP scholarships are intended to provide support to US undergraduates who will pursue the study of languages and cultures currently underrepresented in study abroad and critical to U.S. national security. Open to US-citizen undergraduates who wish to study in countries outside of Western Europe, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Language study required while abroad. Award Amount- maximum $10,000 for a semester, $20,000 for an academic year program
