					Spring – Early Summer 2009 Private Party Lunch Menu

Gratuity of $75 per server per 15 persons and 6% sales tax added to all packages. All
luncheons require a minimum reservation of 20 people. Saturday luncheons require a
minimum food expense of $600

Luncheon Package Options

Menu A / $15 Per Person
Soup & Big Salad or Small Salad $ Sandwich
Includes Dessert, Coffee & Soft Drinks


Menu B / $20 Per Person
1st course house salad or bowl of soup.
2nd course choice of three entrées customized for your group.
Some entree options: Braised Beef Short Rib Sandwiches, Housemade Crab Raviolis,
Salmon with squash in tomato broth or Chicken Valdastano.
Includes Dessert, Coffee & Soft Drinks


Menu C /Buffet: $20 Per Person
Choose one of the following: Grilled Salmon, Baked Pork Tenderloin with cipollini
onions in San Marzano tomato sauce, Pulled Pork Sandwiches or Chicken Breast with
mushroom marsala sauce. (other entrees available)
Includes Fresh Rolls, Garden Salad, Pasta Salad and Homemade Bruschetta min 20
people

Menu D / Brunch: $25 Per Person
Choose three appetizers and three entrees.
Example appetizers; Smoked Salmon with cucumber pappardella and horseradish
sour creme, Crisp Calamari with a lemon remoulade dipping sauce or Fresh Fruit with
hand carved prosciutto.
Example entrees; Traditional Eggs Benedict, Veal Stuffed Chicken Legs or Shrimp
Picatta.

restaurant’s facilities for parties of fifteen people or more. Upon cancellation, your
deposit will be refunded only if the facility is rebooked or cancellation is made no less
than 30 days prior to event.
