Ill.mo Sovereign Grand Commander,
I have the honour to inform you that on June 27, 2009 the Supreme Council
of AASR and CAMEA celebrated the 50th Anniversary of its founding.
The legitimate Sovereign Grand Commander Br. Roberto Luongo 33 °, after
have traced the final figures for first half century of activity of historical CAMEA,
has remembered the figure of its founder, Br. Aldo Vitale 33 °, member of the
Universal Sacred Convent of the Supreme Councils USA.
The legitimate Sovereign Grand Commander explained the way it is going to
lead the Supreme Council of the AASR for the next few years since, never before the
time is right and profitable for the concrete achievement of reunification in a
project of programmatic unity, institutional and ritual in the full and
mutual respect for the dignity and traditions of which they are initiatory traditions
different Obediences / Italian Grand Lodges.
On February 25th,2009, in Milan, in the presence of the Illustrious Grand
Masters:
Illustrious and Venerable Br. Roberto Amato, Grand Master of the Regular
Grand Orient of Italy Federal;
Illustrious and Venerable Br. Eugenio Selvaggio , Grand Master of the
Regular Grand Lodge Indipendent of Italy;
Illustrious and Venerable Br. Araldo Parrotta , Grand Master of the United
Grand Lodge Indipendent;
Illustrious and Venerable Grand Master of the Grand Mother
Lodge.C.A.M.E.A. "Accepted Esoteric Center of Masonic Activities".
They unanimously decided to recognize as the only Supreme Council of
the 33rd and last degree of RSAA CAMEA of Italy in the person of
Illmo Sovereign Grand Commander Br. Roberto Luongo 33 °, as only
Guardian and protector of the Scottish Tradictions in Italy.
The Supreme Council CAMEA is to the top of the pyramid, which governs

the degree Scottish Italy (4 th to 33 th grade) and the four Grand Lodge are its
broad-based degrees in blue (1st and 3rd degree).
CAMEA is the Masonic Unit on the Italian territory and it re-
launches in Italy and in the Masonic world a message loud and clear to the
Initiated: stop the new Masonic entities born by a disgraceful fight between
brothers, stop to the divisions and complaints to the Civil and criminal courts that
have nothing to do with a Traditional and Initiatic Order.
Some people has forgotten that Free Masonery is the more ancient
Universal Brotherhood in the world, and believes in brotherhood' human
under the fatherhood 'of God, strives to continue the moral process, to extol family
values, improving social freedom' of thought and tolerance.
In the secular world, the events of 11 September 2001 have changed the
world.
This is a sentence, certainly discounted and shared, that proposes a
discontinuity in the relationships among people and among Countries, starting a
new bet to recreate equilibriums of pacific cohabitation in the Global World.
In these dark years of economic crisis and I ruin global political geo we
confirm our universal witticism "Ordo ab Chao" We believe that the situation of
actual crisis is not faced with the measures took today, the world leaders are
satisfied with to inject thick quantities of new liquidity' in the form of coin
forgetting the man and the family the more' stricken. The process of disappearance
of the financial foundations will bring to the accellerazione of the process of loss of
power, wealth, influences and standar of life for a great majority of protagonists of
the sceneolitical geo.
How to overcome the recession? Reactivate the circuit of the credit to the
firms and the families, "freezed" by now for months. And since the resumption
won't reach 2010, the only road to withstand up to the exit from the tunnel is that
the banks accelerate the loans to the enterprises and the families.
In a period of crisis the human beings mostly seem stimulated to produce
new ideas and solutions, a pò as when it finds us to be shipwrecked in a desert
island and it needs to learn to turn on the fire without matches.
The Supreme World Conseils, must overcome their own

geographical confinements - we are the Universal Free Masonry - to
become of the "lighthouses of Light" and of "SAPIENTIA" not only for
the Scottish Brothers, but for the profane world, for whoever it turns
him in application of help or support.
In periods of crisis as this, the banks must sustain the firms and the entrepreneurs
that if they deserve him/it, it is this their principal function, otherwise the crisis
will be alone to the beginnings and will be long and painful even more of what
today he/she is thought.
We are able to enter and to be promoting and promoters of
"International Projects", that can involve public corporate body,
privacies and launchings national and international organisms
(European Union, Or.N.U. etc) that you/they must involve various
nations in various continents.
The world will tighten him but not in the same way for everybody. We
believe it is possible to be a good person and that good people must reciprocally
encourage for becoming best people, and therefore independently from the
economic resources, they kindly work together for being of help to the community.
Considering these solid bases of morality and conscience doesn't surprise that the
Free Masonry both the greatest philanthropic institution of the world, that it has
the tendency to bring relief to the suffering humanity.
In the brotherly love that unites all of Us Scottish High Degrees we
have called to a table common to the of the' of the time and of the space
to incisively intervene to the improvement of the man and of the all
humanity.
Wishing a very good operational brotherhood I send You, in the name of the
