This form must be completed and returned to us by the closing date of the selected session with the registration fee of £114. *Please note that the exam
fees will change from August 2013. Forms received after the closing date will be accepted subject to availability and an additional charge of £25. Please
note that the exam dates’ details will be emailed to you so you should add “@cambridgeesol.org” to your safe list.
