   Be responsible for the general
    cleaning & assist in the
    maintenance work.
   Assign to a small work force and
    instruct, train and supervise them in
    the performance of the custodial
    work involved.

   Requisition and issue custodial
    supplies.
   Keep simple records and
    timesheets.
   Be responsible for the planting &
    assist in the general landscaping of
    the grounds.

   Personally perform the more
    difficult work involved such as
    minor carpentry work and minor
    repairs on plumbing.
   Maintain safety rules and
    regulations at all times.
   Stress & maintain good public
    relations at all times.

   Shall perform all duties assigned in
    keeping with a program of services
    approved by the DOE and agreed
    upon by the unions as follows.
   Operational:
   Yard work (weeding, edging, minor
    mowing, watering, raking,
    fertilizing, landscaping, pruning,
    insect control etc.)

   Miscellaneous Service (open/close
    windows & doors, minor repairs.
   Secure buildings, starts/turn off A/C,
    fans, move furniture, store supplies, clean
    grease traps and drain gratings, check
    and monitor insects, requisition for
    supplies, clean health room, deliver bulk
    & heavy supplies, replace light bulbs and
    fluorescent tubes).

    Conference rooms
   Cafeteria
   Entrances, Lobbies, Halls,
    Stairways, etc.

   Swimming Pool Custodian
    Operators Re-fresher course

   Vector Control: Rodents, crawling insects, Bee’s
    etc.

   Custodial Shift work assignments

   Green Cleaning: Environmental safe and sensitive
    products.

   Swimming Pool Monitoring Contract (3 months)
    Starting January 2012 – March 2012
