     Days 1-3 of the Cleanse Phase

* Days 4-7 are the same as Days 1-3 except that instead of having the fiber drink in the
morning, you only take the Pro-Biotic Restore pills. 30 minutes later you can have fruit. I was
worried that I would be hungry and missing breakfast because I have ALWAYS eaten
breakfast. I was totally fine, though! Good luck!

        **CATALYST: You cannot "overdose" on catalyst. Take in "3's" on an empty stomach,
        anywhere from 3-9 a day, depending on desired results.
        For optimal results, take three 30 minutes before breakfast, three 30 minutes before
        lunch, and three 30 minutes before dinner. If you exercise, take three 10 minutes
before your workout instead of one of the the servings above.
Days 8-10 of the Cleanse Phase
