Increase Market Share for Underperforming and Under Staffed Branches through Listings
& Prospecting Activity. Research & Preparation to Conduct Daily Market Appraisals for
Residential Sales. All Market Appraisals are Conducted Via the use of a Presenter in-
conjunction with the Marketing Brochure. The use of a Fee Seclude is Compulsory quoting
only Fixed Fees. Observations via Field Trainers and Directors are common practice.

Main Duties
Prepare & conduct Sales & Lettings Morning Meetings. Discuss the day ahead, missed
opportunities with the use of the in-house reports system, prospecting tasks, potential
instructions. Re-qualification of buyer registrations and market appraisals. Update the
white board.
Research, prepare and conduct Market Appraisals for Residential Sales.

Solely responsible for securing a sole agency term of 20 weeks for 400 New Build Units
generating £800,000 in potential revenue.
Conduct lettings valuations offering full range of services to include insurance indemnity
Gas Safety Records, Energy Performance Certificate, Electrical Reports and portfolio
management .Database housekeeping and administration responding to management

Convayancing is attached to agreed sale.
Provide daily branch performance figures at 6:30 every evening via conference call,
accompanied by other branch managers within the region to Area & Regional director.
Prepare monthly reports for managers meeting to discuss performance and KPI’s over the
course of one day. Prepare quartile reports for Regional Branch Managers Meeting to
include 32 other branch & senior branch managers via presentation of actual results for
the quarter along with success stories and forecasts for the coming quarter.
