                                         Summary
I have nearly 10 years’ experience in the areas of quality management systems, strategic
planning, financial management, human resources and include the tasks that I am in
developing the strategic plan in collaboration with stakeholders and follow up their
implementation and measurement of their indicators and submit periodic reports to
senior management as well as preparation and qualifying organizations in the public and
private sectors to meet the approved awards requirements in the region of both Jordan
and the UAE as well as to meet the requirements of quality management systems ISO
9001.
am also credited as instructor to many training bodies for providing many training
programs in the fields of strategic management, functional excellence, preparation of
budgets, human resource management re, programs of excellence and quality
management systems
Moreover, I have a thorough experience in Excellence Awards, as I served as a leader for
the finance criterion team in JISM, which won the Golden Award in King Abdullah II
Award for Excellence in Government Performance and Transparency at its third cycle and
the first rank at the first cycle. I was participated in several teams and committees in JISM
such as processes management team and information security management systems
committee.

I have conducted many projects in qualifying and preparing organizations to meet
Excellence Awards Criteria such as qualifying the Buildings’ Department in Dubai
Municipality for Dubai Government Excellence Program, Qualifying the Ministry Of
Finance of the U.A.E for Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Program, Qualifying the Marriage
Fund of U.A.E for Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Program. And I have conduct training
programs in the same fields locally and regionally.

Regarding the consultancy, my duties include the preparation of policies and procedures
relating to the Strategic Plan and the development of follow-up system to ensure the
implementation of initiatives, in addition to the preparation of financial policies and
procedures, preparation of feasibility studies, preparation of financial strategies, the
preparation and implementation of budgets, documentation of processes and financial

procedures, to lay the foundations management and cost accounting, the prioritization of
projects, analysis of financial performance, financial assessment.

In addition to experience in the field of human resources management, including the
development of methodologies for human resources management systems and related

the needs of human resources, preparation of training plans, the measurement of job
satisfaction, training and workshops on the management of resources Human, and others.

I am currently occupying the institutional development consultancy to Caravana group,
