        storage; obtained entitlements for 54,000 sq ft mini storage; improved, leased, and sold it
        within one year.
        Converted 150,000 sq ft of completed office buildings to office condos for sale to
        owner/users, due to changing market conditions.

        Retrofitted 21-unit apartment building, doubled rents, and resold property within one-year
        Entitled, developed, constructed and sold eight residences, from $1.4-2.7 million each,
